Nursing Leadership and Management

This course prepares students to integrate leadership and management competencies into their professional nursing practice. Through critical analysis of leadership theories and application of systems-thinking, students strengthen their ability to lead interprofessional teams, manage resources, and advocate for optimal patient and organizational outcomes in complex care environments. The course emphasizes the development of professional identity, ethical leadership, communication, and collaboration across the care continuum.
