Taking Care: The Story of Nursing and Its Power to Change Our World

#ColumbiaNursing welcomed @sarahedigregorio, advocate and author of “Taking Care: The Story of Nursing and Its Power to Change Our World,” as part of our #NursesWeek celebrations. Through a thoughtful and powerful discussion of the impact, complexity, and essential role of nursing across the past, present, and future, the event offered a unique opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to engage and reflect on how care is not passive—it is active, courageous, and, at times, defiant.


International Day of the Midwives | The Power of Midwifery
