Soojeong Han
Overview
Soojeong Han, PhD, AGNP-BC, RN is a postdoctoral research scientist at the School of Nursing, supported by the T32 Reducing Health Disparities Through Informatics (RHeaDI) program. She is a dedicated advocate for older adults with dementia and their families, with a strong commitment to promoting cultural empathy and health equity. She is passionate about advancing research that improves care access and coordination by integrating informatics to support both aging populations and the workforce engaged in the care of older adults.
